Gentle product processing via vertical scrapers, with minimized production area footprint and Alfa Laval multi section plate heat exchanger for maximum energy efficiency.
Produces homogeneous liquid Microparticulated Whey Protein Concentrate (MWPC) which can directly be re-used as a very high protein (10%+)-zero fat milk substitute replacing large volumes of typical raw incoming milk.
Alternatively, MWPC can be used as a high-quality pure protein-zero fat food ingredient which creates cream-like mouthfeel with ‘rich’ texture and taste and improved sensory characteristics.
