  • Designed for continuous 24/7 industrial operation in compliance with CE and European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) regulations and guidelines.
  • Produces liquid homogeneous Microparticulated Whey Protein Concentrate (MWPC) with large spherical whey protein molecular structure and highly reproducible 1–10 μm molecule size.
  • Available in capacities up to 2,000+ litres per hour.
  • Equipped with multi-section Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger for maximum heat energy recovery.
  • Insulated tubular holding section with adjustable holding time.
  • Includes high-quality vertical scrapers with double-wall tubular frames which ensure gentle and controlled product treatment.
  • Autonomous CIP cleaning system, dosing of solutions, cleaning time and temperature and CIP step changes are executed automatically.
  • The vertical scraper arrangement minimizes installation floor requirements.
  • Skid mounted on a stainless-steel frame, minimizing space and installation time, and simplifying maintenance.
